I am paid 60 LPA. An organization has proposed to me a place in Europe. In terms of pay, is this a truly good decision for me?

If you are taking about TCS then this is a bad idea. As per TCS policies, if you are working in Europe then salary structure will be offered based on Europe, if you travel back to India then your compensation will be revised back to Indian compensation as before what you had in India.

Eg India salary 60 LPA Travel to Europe on some package
Travel back to India then package will be 60 LPA again

Cant give a direct answer.

But as someone getting 60LPA you can make a decision by considering.

Pay in europe, cost of living where you are planning to live, remote or not, how much can you spend/save.
How long can you work there, type of visa, if the work ends what possibility of finding another company to work or return to india. Whether your spouse can work there (if you are married).

You gotta makes this choice yourself.
