Direct mail your DM and ask for early release simple

From past experience DM is not replying to any mail. And if we ask DM directly then he will mostly allocate in any project where 3 months work is there. So I am going through HR first.

One of my colleague was on the bench DM has directly approached him saying put paper I will help you to give early release

Just put your papers ….on bench I think so notice period will be 15 days not more than that
