Trending @Accenture; I am on Bench since last 1.5 months, can anyone tell what happens if we are in bench for more than 2 months?

As per the current bench situation in Accenture, after 2 months you will get a call for SME evaluation. Without prior intimation they'll put the CIP program. It means directly within 30 days out of the organisation.

Nothing happens.. few I know are in bench more than 3 months.. they are level 8,9 and 10.. so no worries

The worst management and bench leads. They are not helping resources to get tagged in to the project. Despite this they are asking to get an early release.

Nothing.. it’s not your fault if they don’t have projects. But whatever calls you are getting attend them and keep learning new things
