Find a project immediately. If you are not able to get allocated then go on LWP with some reason before they fire you. I am not sure if termination applies to LWP

It may become a challenge in post-release in case if they assigned under RMG who is of strict in nature..would suggest to get allocated into the project of your convenience as soon making them easier for preparation to switch...

They wont terminate you if you resign. But there will be chances to make your LWP so early and make you go out of the organization soon.

Boss in TCS they is no such bench policy like Other service based cmpny Accenture, CTS max 45 days these companies ur in TCS bro. I see 1 yr. People in bench. TCS only company no such bench policies like 45 days .
Even C3B grade sitting in bench 6 months .
Only one concern in TCS after 3 months RMG people ask force to get into support project no termination as long as u get Good technical project.
Boss compare to TCS other cmpnies like TechM, Infy, CTS thy hve stupid bench policies.
Ur in TCS listen.

TCS has also implemented 35 days bench policy bro effective from 1st June 2025

Start giving some interviews buddy and don't rely on tcs for project.

Take some shitty project no matter... These people have became worst! Mark my words... Else use the time to jump that's best option
How you couldnt get project for 50 days?
Leave the company yourself before the company kicks you out. Upskill yourself don't be a liability for the company and other hard working employees.

Ideally no, they will try to push you in any project that has requirements. If you don't become billable before the 90th day, there may be some action and termination may be one of them.
But, better try to get into a project, even if it's not your area of expertise, at least you will get a chance to learn and work on something new..All the best 👍

So when you say not allocated for 50 days...did you reject any projects??? Or has no one really reached out with projects till date?? Honestly is the case is about you rejecting the projects, then nothing can be done. You will bear the consequences of that....times are tough....and plates have become smaller.... We being the beggars here cant be choosers....
If the case is 2nd one about no projects, then i am pretty much sure they will consider. I would also recommend to take out some time and keep doing trainings and certification ls in between to keep yourself relevant... And also WFO compliance, do keep it 100 %. Dont give them a chance to get back at you. And if this is not something you have maintained with 100%, then may god help you bro!!
