I am on bench If I resign will they release early or need to serve three months Notice period.

Yes they can release you early. I have seen someone who went to bench because of rampdowns & luckily got another offer. He put down papers and RMG was happy to let him go in just a week.
You can negotiate 45 days.. so either 90days or less than 10 days

Yes by max they can release you from TCS 15 days max.
I will suggest to resign after 25-30 days so that when they will complete your process it will be 40-45 days. Till the time you can keep on rejecting projects

You need to ask your RMG to find project which is of shorter period of tenure in terms of services from TCS..as they will relieve early if you are on bench..But 45 days of notice period after release from that project entirely depends on your dependency and the manager..As in most of the cases the associates have to min serve 90 days in relieving them from TCS..If you really have strong skillset,then just start applying for other opportunities and put the papers if you find any as you would get release from the TCS very soon compared to project which i have already told it depends mainly on those two factors..
