I am on bench from today..do we need to go office for all 5 days and maintain 9 hrs time? Earlier it's enough to be in office for 6 to 7 hrs in bench..Now I am hearing from this month August it's 9 hrs v have to be in office in bench for all 5 days..if anyone who are already in bench can answer this please??

You’ll receive a mail soon from ADP management team of your department, in that if they mention 5 days, you have to go 5 days. If they mention 3 , then it is 3. Earlier work hours was not a problem. But now they changed policy and people who do not stay in office for 9 hours are getting notice from HR. So people in bench are doomed. I’d recommend you to get a project opportunity ASAP.
