I am on bench from last 6 months, so I go to office for card tap and then come back. Today I got a mail from hr that my working hours is less than 1 hr in Q-3 Fy-25. Does I have to worried about it. I am a fresher join in July as a digital profile.

Why are you on the bench from last 6 months? You didn't get any project assigned? Now TCS is becoming very strict. Follow what they say if you want to continue in TCS. They can stop the salary as well
