Trending @Capgemini; I am on bench from 1 year and total I have 2.5 years of experience in capgemini. I am confused about either switch the company or search for project. No any single promotion or increment I got till now.
My suggestion would be if you have atleast one project experience you can switch company but keep in mind that offers are revoking at some organisations so have an eye on notice period.
Where to search for other job opportunities... Can't find any?? Any suggestions
Yeah its tough job now. Prefer referrals from friends. Search naukri also. I have been looking too many job posting in this site. Don't know genuine or not. Find out yourself.

Bro switch the company... Just focus on upskilling and you can get other opportunity.. nowadays bench is becoming common in mncs.Just don't tell u were on bench in interviews
Change the company
upskill on your primary skill and shift. even if you get a new project you might have to stay again for a year or so to change. You can probably work on a new environment and you will get a learning period to fit in into your role
