I am on bench and want to resign from tcs..but not having backup offer

So currently I am on bench and want to resign from my current position as I am getting less than 30k for 3.7 years of experience..does tcs will give me immediate reliving letter when I put papers on bench or need to serve notice period? Because I am not having any backup option and need the Pay for 3 months

Having same doubt. On bench and wanted to resign without offer as not getting calls due to 90 days notice period.

But seems like RMG might relase within a week or two.

If you want to resign then it's your call but try to get the project within TCS and stay here until the market conditions stable once the stability achieved you can switch
