got to ijp portal apply from there keep pinging your PMO for the project
it's not your fault if you do not qualify the experience...get P3 in primary and at least in one secondary skill...that'll speed up the process

Hello, do we need to be on bench to apply on IJP or we can apply while in project. Also what if they don't reply? Project poc, scheduler poc, demand poc don't reply 🥲

look for the latest postings, if on bench then no issues, if in project then need to take permission from current supervisor as the manager or the poc who posted the job will reach out to your management directly or indirectly, best to pressurize your PMO for a project

All of us are going through this
I am also afraid that they will layoff sometime if this continues

They won’t layoff
Let’s not speculate

Are there chances of layoff if we are on bench for too long?

Dont waste more time. Raise exit , put some effort to prepare your resume, give notice period less than 60 days and prepare for interviews . you have option to revert exit.

On the top of it ask your PMO to outsource you for other projects
