I am now c1 grade, completed 5 years exp , when can I expect promotion??

There is no thumb rule. You can get promoted after 1 year too depending on your manager and your performance. But as you complete 3 years you are eligible for promotion. But the thumb rule is you have to ask for it in TCS. Without that you’ll not get anything.
