I am not sure if this is an ethical issue while hiring new resources..

A recruiter who actually provides me profile for interviews asked me that a junior resource took a candidates interview and that candidate has been selected. However, we will have to provide a senior resource’s detail in the process as ideally junior resources should not take any ones interview.
