It's not like that, Managers can't give that low if you have performed. If they do it then you can always escalate to UNIT Head
Actually nothing. I tried rejecting in system last year but another rant happened. Manager was saying multiple things.
Nothing will change even if you do it. This year manager called me said i m giving u x rating just b4 submitting i wanted to show you. I declined and said it wont affect the rating. So its fine you submit i will check sometime. Actually I wanted to say ki you don't have balls to increase o.1 also from what supervisor has told you to give me. But jane diya.

Be silent and after getting Band, Take Release and go out of the Account.
You will get a Good Account with a Good Manager who recognises your Effort and Work
