This is not a good time to move to Bench as there are so many people on bench and less projects. It is better to be in a project. People on bench are being asked to resign.

Do not work properly or don't interact with the manager or teammates you will be released 1000 percent

It very project to project as i also took release last week, and they just realised me in 1 days, because they’re not able to give me my preferred location
