I am not getting promotion as given more than 10 years in TCS ? what to do ?

Us waiting for the promotion is why they continue to delay it.

Take some time to brush up your skills and leave the org for a better pay.

If that is not an option for you, pursue something like wings2. (For old timers like you, it certainly will give you a good hike, i tell that from my personal experience)
