I am not getting any tasks and releases from the project.

My tcs experience is 1.35 years. After 1 years, I got C band and I want to change the project. I talked with HR. She said I am not a tcs employee and I am a corporate employee. I have a confirmation letter of tcs. Right now, I just stopped working. Plus, I am on shadow development. Kindly suggest to me how to release the project. I already got the idea to take 1.5 months leave but i am confused because i was doing shadow development.
