My total taxable salary is 9.79 lpa , what would be the consequences since i am not filling it from past 3 yrs . Should i start filling from now onward or skip it . Pls guide me

I am paying all my taxes and not claiming HRA or other tax benefits like other employees do. The income tax department should be thankful to me. I don't think they review each profile individually; it's likely managed by an automated system. As long as your tax payments and expenditures align, I don't believe anyone will question you. That's my understanding.

If you are not falling under tax deduction, than fine but if you are falling than you should file your itr. Plus if you get any onsite opportunities, they ask for 3 years itrs sometimes
