I am lost!

I started managing my dad's business and then tried expanding it. Initially it went well, we had a lot of work. We are developing a new CRM which we think will change the Marketing Approaches in India because we have a great population which needs some extra cash as compared to reach we get for other companies like United states, Australia or Canada. Th $5 per day marketing approaches might be good for those countries because of their literacy rate. But here in india, it wont. We should atleast add 24.64% more cost to marketing in india, and this tool should fix the problem cutting other costs down for Sales CRM, Email Automation, IVR Setup, Whatsapp Automation etc.
