I am looking to join Citi Group as a Fresher Java Developer, Can anybody tell me how is the work culture there ?????

As a fresher, don't bother too much about the work culture tbvh.

Gain experience for at least a year and then gradually as you build up in skills as well as experience in your career, you can keep adding constraints about the employer you want to work for.
