Trending @HCL; I am looking for transfer from HCL BANGALORE to HCL LUCKNOW.

Anyone knows the procedure..? I am working in HCL Bengaluru with 20 LPA with 5 years experience(1.5 years in HCL), my domain is ERS. My tech is python automation/storage domain. My manager is ready to give me release,

  1. Are there any good projects which I can take up from HCL lucknow?
  2. How many days before they will tell me for layoff if i don’t find a project?

Very less good project in Lucknow however u can look for Noida projects and ask manager to allow u to sit in Lucknow, since its non prime location and they have tax benifits they will easily accept this term.

Once you will move to Lucknow you won't be able to get transfer to metro city also your ctc will get revised as per cost of living so it might get reduced
