I am looking for a Senior Role in Hospitality Sector.

I am a Hospitality professional with 24 years of experience, worked in markets like India, UAE, Oman & Saudi Arabia. Worked with 6 different Hospitality segments, such as Fine dine, Quick service, Casual dine-in, Coffee concept, Food court model, Central kitchen & Cloud kitchen. 

My core expertise are Operations & Business management, Training & Development, Business growth/expansion.

Successfully launched and operated 95 new restaurants with Brands like Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Barista Coffee, Java Green Coffee, Ruby Tuesday, Future Group Live Concepts, Travel Food Services & zpizza (I was directly responsible for New Restaurant’s/Food court’s Opening). I was also privileged to be part of New Store Opening for Mc Donald’s & Pizza Hut too. 

Pizza Industry experience with Pizza Hut, Ruby Tuesday, Travel Food Services, zpizza, total of 9 Years. Provided Business Consultation to Pizza Inn & Bakers Inn Zimbabwe in terms of Vision alignment, Target Customers, Operations Excellence & Growth.

Coffee Industry experience with Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Oman), Barista Coffee (India), Java Green Coffee (India), Dr. Cafe Coffee (KSA), total of 9 Years.

I was involved and part of Cuisines like, Indian, Mexican, Italian, American, Chinese, Cafe/Bakery Cafe Menu, Lebanese & Turkish. 

I also did my International training with Ruby Tuesday Tennessee USA & zpizza California USA, was a great exposure in terms of understanding Brand identity. 

Successfully launched formats such as Stand-alone, Community neighbourhood, Mall food court, Airport, Business park, Shop in shop & High street formats.

Current I am based in Mumbai India. 

I am self employed currently, I undertake projects with Investors.

I am looking for a role currently in Hospitality Sector, Quite curious to know if you would know someone who would need a resource like me, for his existing Hospitality Venture or an upcoming one.
