I am looking for a passive income but not sure which way to go. Digital creator or some small scale business.

I am an IT professional having decent salary but I am feeling a bit insecure. I am acquiring new skills but still I feel like I should look out for some other income as well. Could you guys please help me what should I try out.

1. I have a keen interest in teaching but I don't have a fancy degree to showcase and go for guest lectures.
2. sometimes I think of opening a food stall which would be like from 6pm to 9pm but I feel I would be judged if I would be standing on the stall and making some rolls or pani puri.
3. I also considered going for you tube creator role but I am not sure what value add I would add to gather subscribers and the cringe part I am not ready for it.
