I am leaving my current company TCS for WIPRO offer. Tcs health insurance is the best. Will I regret as Wipro doesn't provide good healt

Take a good health insurance outside. Tcs has shift heath insurance and now they introduced copay. I see so many companies have better health insurance than tcs

Corporate Insurance doesnt help.

For everyone staying here because of good insurance you are risking your whole life ahead of you.

It only helps when you are in the organisation. The moment you leave it doesnt help. People know about credit score but forget insurance is a ticking time bomb. Everyone must/should have a personal insurance that is taken independently.

Reason: You pay lower premium and thereby long term you pay less. Most people think about taking an insurance too late and end up spending a staggering amount for insurance or get rejected for really good policies cause they are late. And the amount aint cheap later on in life.

Good Sir, dont stay in an organisation just for the insurance. You need a good personal one. Start asap. Also any time the company can change their insurance and us employees will get screwed.

My advice take the new opportunity at WIPRO. Get yourself a good personal health and term insurance if you havent done already. Else just like SIP you would end up spending a fortune on Insurance later on.

They will charge complete claim amount while leaving tcs .if you have taken insurance for parents, the amount will be huge

Whatever your corporate insurance is , it's better to have a seperate personal health insurance. This would help you to avoid dependencies while shifting companies.
