Trending @Capgemini; I am leaving Capgemini in November 2024 then also my manager is forcing me to make PPT n fill my reflection form , what to do?

Even I am serving but I also filled and in employee final comment I have also mentioned that there is no use of filling this as appraisals are biased and management jo chahti hai wahi karti h so fill as per your thoughts. Man halka krlo, they can’t do anything now.

No issues if you are commented then do it. But before that you need to know every aspect in detail for the future to come back without any regration.

I get it, it's annoying. But wrapping up tasks like PPTs and forms is part of the exit process. Just get it done and move on.
