Trending @Cognizant; I am lateral entry and from 2 months I am in bench, what will be the notice period if I put resignation any idea?

I have seen few folks, some of them were released in 8 days and some in between 30 to 45 days, so it’s depends.

Days not confirm, but you since you are on bench then you can negotiate it with HR, most probably It will be 30days or less
