Hey @Lordkalki,
I was also in a similar phase where I experienced sleep debt for weeks and had difficulty concentrating. I then did some research and started taking magnesium supplements an hour before bed. I also cut off blue light and began using guided sleep meditations on YT. Trust me, it'll help. Starting might feel a bit strange, but for me, it was my racing thoughts that kept me awake.
