I am into pharmacovigilance domain specific for bio stream student who do b pharma and m pharma I have a question?

As tcs is a brand everybody thinks that tcs pays are super 👌 every one appreciate that the one who comes in tcs can always retain in tcs as of retention policy that tcs have that We will not exiled you but if you resigned we will not hire you.

So if I join tcs I planned to stay in tcs for long as of AI competition

My question is should I look for change after joining in tcs or I should go for static growth. Because tcs hikes are very low
