Hi, I am interested in working as developer. I joined infy in May 2022. I was in long bench. I got project in November 2022 and confirm on December 2022. I am doing manual testing and I will be doing automation testing in upcoming months. It will be 2 years with less salary. It will take more to get hike. Finding difficulty to switch internally as developer. I don't want to continue as Tester. What should I have to do to switch to other companies. I am upskilling in Salesforce and Java. How can I switch as a Salesforce or Java developer in other companies.Should I have to start again as a Fresher in development role. What I have to update in my resume. Open for suggestions.
