I am in wipro from last 3.8 years and got a progression as well as got hike of total till now on joining amount of 18.5lac to 25.25lac. which is almost 37%, but still I feel I am underpaid as per.my skills. Manager is trying to keep happy but for me work is ok, but ultimately money matters, as vertical is getting good billing but we just getting some peanut's.
I checked the market value, it should be around 35lac, now looking for out. What you guys think, manager says, in next 3 years I will reach at 35lac, but I feel I will loose 3 years.
37% hike is not bad at all in 4 years and it is unrealistic hike too. I got only 4% hike in 2 years. And there are ppl who have not even got that. But every case is different, so you can take your call
U are getting hike? I’m working on same salary since 2.5 years (when I joined wipro)
Damn your manager must be pretty cool discussing salary. I've never had such discussions at all and I'm 5yr experienced
What's your total experience? And in which band you are?
Since hike is not credited to your bank account, you cannot believe your manager. Your manager doesn't know your salary as well, as far as I know. Ultimately hike credited is the hike you get.
