I am in notice period My manager tried retain me but I didn’t agreed But they gave harsh negative feedback in workday But on call they telling it’s just a formality… Will this impact for rejoining Accenture

5-10 years down the line who knows Author may want to join back. This feedback will be on his record forever. I suggest author to fight it with Manager and involve HR and if you are right they may remove it from record. Manager is smart he gave negative feedback formally but in person he is saying it's normal and casual. Don't fall for it.

Whatever formality it is, why should they give you a negative feedback if you don't deserve it. This is the worst policy ever.
This is the first company I have seen where people are put into Pip when they resign.. I dont know what kind of bad luck I had that I joined this company 2 yrs back when I had other offers 🥺
