Trending @Infosys; I am in jl5 level .I get a CTC of 12.5 lpa.Is this a low CTC or can someone

I am in jl5 level .I get a CTC of 12.5 lpa. I joined Infosys 2 year back and have total exp of 10.6 years.

a) Is this a low CTC or can someone tell me the range for this level

b) Also can I communicate to someone for increasing my salary without putting paper? (I didn't get 1 rs as hike till now)

Really low bro For a 10 year experience guy I think even if you have started career in infosys 10 years back the salary would around what you are getting now or may be more.

While joining 2 years back you can easily got 15 lpa + atleast. Without paper they will not increase. Try outside.

very low for 10 yoe. you can easily Google and find out the salary in IT for 10 years exp guys in ur technology. But 12.5lpa is definitely low even 2-3 yrs exp guys are getting more than that.

It's really too low salary. Infy don't care as long as they sees people like low paid employees as a opportunity of cost saving. JL 5 who joined recently is getting between 16-24Lpa based on technology.

Recently one consultant joined my team as my junior is getting 23 LPA for .net azure dev role which more than twice then what I am getting. Since last 2 month I was assisting her in every task. After knowing her salary I am into moyo moyo mode

Switch is only option

Way too low. Even if Infosys increases it wont meet the current market standard.
