Trending @Capgemini; I am in Invent BU project, And I want to get released from my current project.

What is the minimum time I need to complete in the project to get released? I have completed 8-9 months.

What is the process to get released? And how should I ask my supervisor to release me.

If I come to Bench, then how difficult it is to get into some new project?

Any other information or advice you can give??

You are required to complete a minimum of 18 months in your current project. Since you are a billable resource, getting a release isn’t easy. However, you can still request a release on medical grounds but in that case, you'll need to submit valid health reports to HR for consideration. Apart from this, there’s not much that can be done before completing 18 months. Also don’t worry about getting assigned to a new project RMG usually provides sufficient time and support to help you find one.
