Trending @HCL; I am in HCL as a technical lead in .Net Full stack for last 4 year. Mine total exp is 10 years. CTC is 24 LPA, is it worth or need switch?

but since you didn’t get any hike in the past years so it’s better to try outside.

2 lakh is variable pay in which I used to get 50 %. In last 4 years I did not get any hike bro.

Last 4 years no hike is a red flag, did you discuss with your RM? You should express your concern, else it won't happen. My suggestion, start looking for opportunities and switch. Getting retained is also not good, as you will again face same problem
