I am in a PIP and received a mail to complete an assessment

I have received an assessment on AI i have to complete that examination to close my PIP is it compulsory to clear the exam or do I just have to give my attendance can someone please explain?

Multiple failures in a PIP can lead to Termination, and I am not joking. Others can also confirm.

So please take it seriously and work hard to complete it

If it is on Google platform answers are already available on youtube or web or just use chatgpt.
You can easily clear

They have alredy shared you plaform for AI course , they will take exam on same course . Meanwhile be prepared for external opportunity .

Did you asked on what basis you have been put in PIP?? What was ur band?

Last year i got D band and just 15 days before my PIP Started

I hope you have started looking for a new job if not start looking..PIP is soft termination only. It is a trap only
