Trending @Cognizant; I am having around 2 years of experience with CTC 4.5lpa. I am thinking of doing MBA, but I am bit confused on leaving the job now considering the job market will be the right decision or not!

From where you are thinking to opt MBA?.Is it IIM ,then definitely go for it...the bare minimum there will be far more than 4.5

not sure of Tier 1 college.. if I consider Tier 2 colleges then!

Please reconnect with people on LinkedIn who share same college and ask placement situation there ,if bare minimum is double of your CTC u can go for it if u r financially sound to opt MBA ,bz it's a costly programme It's my opinion,please take decision according to your situation
