I am having a real career crisis and need help (No judgement or negative takes please as I already am getting enough of those from everyone.

I have been working as a data analyst in a stretch role. I was supposed to transition completely as an analyst a year back but due to performance fallacies and personal life downturns I couldn't. Now when I check on my transition with my manager, I can now deduce that he is unwilling. To make matters worse no hikes or rsu this time and team mates are toxic. I have a ton of financial responsibilities and am to get married soon. I don't know if it's the right time for a change. Now the thing is, I am not liking my current role and have no tangible skills over and above intermediate sql, excel and experience with a couple of visualization tools. I want to make fresh start now (after 4.5 years) in a different role. Those who are experienced and been in this position am looking for some guidance on what should be my roadmap now. Especially considering the advent of AI and its impact on different jobs.
