I am having 9days to join other MNC

Will I need to put paper as I am on the bench?? Will RMG approve my request and separate me in this given time span ?

Pls suggest what to do ??

If you're on the bench, you might get a quicker release, but it's not guaranteed. Talk to RMG and your manager directly to expedite things, and keep the other company informed.
