I am having 9.5 years of overall experience and working as JL5 in infosys. I am alone working in my family and I have 1.5 years daughter. I have completed 5 years in infosys. My current CTC is 10.2 lpa(9 fixed + 1.2 variable). I am trying to switch but not getting any calls mostly due to 3 months notice period. For attending interview if I told interviewer my notice period is 1 month then I am not able to clear interview in M365 domain. I am very worried about my future and low salary. Please suggest how can I come out of this situation.
Hey buddy, I'm in the same boat. The only way I see out of this is to keep preparing better for your technology and keep applying for interviews. Someday some company will be there who will hire you. Till then hang on and stay strong. Once out of Infosys never come back to a legacy company like this again who torture employee both emotionally and financially in the name of job security.
