I was in the same situation the year before, endure this stress stay focused on only one thing that is job switch, even if your wife earns you can't continue in the same payscale forever. It took me a year to switch. I reached 16lpa from 6.9 so work on your skills and try switching. Whether you like it or not you will have to work extremely hard and there is no room for procrastination. Just give your best things will come your way.
