Trending @HCL; I am going to join here and they have provided me 45 days of notice, but my current company has a 90 days notice. What is the solution

Don't take rest. This will spoil your career

you can just send them an email that you can't work after 45 days. Submit your assets on lwd and don't go to the office. My friend did the same thing and hasn't got any issues.

PS : Consider this as the last option.

Never join HCL you will regret

Extend it. Talk to old company as you have done it and have no responsibilities left there

You should have discussed about it way ahead
