I am going to join a company (Lexmark) which is set to be acquired by Xerox later this year. I had a few queries about Xerox

What is the work mode in Xerox? Is it hybrid or fully working from the office?

How is the job stability?

How is the leave policy? Do you get good amount of leaves? And is it like approval based?

I am getting added into the RnD team at Lexmark, mostly Java based. Does Xerox also have a similar job profile?
