i am going to complete my 3 years this May 19th in TCS. If I resign now will i get my annual bonus in next month salary? Any idea folks

Which bonus ? TCS does not give any bonus at all other than 1 or 2 K gems I guess.

I'm assuming you're on either TCS Digital or higher pay grade. Not sure about bonus but ideally you should get, it must be part of your offer letter.
