I am getting released due to non billable

Hi guys. Is it common for tcs to get release from a project if ur not billable.i only have 6 months of experience in the project and total 1 year experience but they are giving me release.Ik I am not performing that well but i didn't expect to get release from the project.Is it a bad thing?
