Simply change the company bro, Wipro won't give much hike and if rescission period is there their first Target is B3.

You should be at least 2x of your work experience. Anything less than 25 for you is your potential loss.

The only way to normalise is to get outside offer and show to manager 🙂, but of course once you get good outside offer you will not stay back, so anyway win-win for you

Switch the job is the only option you left.
