Trending @Accenture; I am getting base pay 9.7lpa as a L10 in Accenture. Feels like this isn’t the right package ! can anyone please give idea on if it is right ?

I get 9 base at L11 So yours could be more, if you're a Lateral hire.

First you should call out which field you are in, as the salary depends on that. In general no one can give you the answer what you want. Even if they give it will put you in shock 😀 as it varies across Projects

Its underpaid...usually in my opinion would get around 12 starting
