I am getting an offer with 80% hike from my current salary. Is it good?

I had taken a 30% paycut when I was joining my current employer. But things don’t feel right here and the design ethics are not in place. I have been working for a client who is ready on onboard me full time and may give me a good hike at around 80 to 85 percent. I wanted to know your thoughts on this.
