Trending @Infosys; I am getting 30% hike, Should I stay?

I am an SSE and have total 2.6 YOE now and I got an offer of 10 lpa and infosys is saying they can give me 30% hike now and 30% after 6 months. What should one do in this situation?

Also next month is our appraisal cycle and after 6 months I will have a default promotion of 36 months. So I don’t think anything out of the box I am getting.

Also I am not planning to search for more offers since I have already resigned yesterday and serving my notice period.

I got same offer of 30%.... but decided to leave since offer I'm holding is really good.

I will be getting 30% hike immediately on my ctc of 4.5 and 20% hike in march and promotion with appraisal in july. Along with this an on site opportunity if I am interested. This is what they are offering

They will give you 30% hike to retain you. But you will not get yearly hike or hike after 6 months which they promised. So don't fall for this trap. Join the new organisation since you already have offer. Also look for other offers since you are in notice period. There is high chances of getting better offers too.
