I am getting 17.25 lpa in TCS ITA C2 Lead Salesforce Developer Air France KLM project- Full work from home
Since no need WFO, so I get 100% QVA. 5 June marked my 2 years in TCS. My TCS offer letter says I get 50k retention bonus. Don't know if I will get it. I have Wipro offer B3 level, Technical Lead - 31.5 lpa, 10% Variable. HR says variable gets paid fully, but who knows. No joining bonus, no retention bonus. In Wipro I will have to go office 3 days. HR said swipe hours don't matter. Again who knows. Client is Honda. Wipro office is 35 km from my place. Although I can rent nearby but that money I save right now. Also, for any future things wrt TCS wfo, TCS office is 24 km from my place. I am not a financially wise person. So I feel like I should continue in TCS. I get time and peace. So I built some freelance business. They are freelance contracts which help me earn 4 lacs a month. 2 lacs each client. But lot of my energy goes there. Trying to delegate. But not getting good freelance developers. Right now, I am totally confused what should I do. TCS is definitely big. No comparison with Wipro. TCS is peaceful. 90 days bench. Wipro 45 days bench then LOP. I am good technically. But I like to use those in my side hustle. I don't want to keep working forever and want learn more and more advanced tech for my happiness. I know we have all the wise and financially intelligent people here. Please please please help me!

Freelancing is risky if caught it will damage your career so look for a stable option that gives you money worth of your skills
Also I have 9 years of experience. When I had joined TCS, I had rejected 24 lpa LTI Mindtree offer. At that time I was at 12 lpa. LTI offered 24 lpa fixed. TCS offered 17.25 lpa overall. I went for TCS for it's brand and comfort. I definitely found both here. But yes money part I had to manage by freelancing. But that also helped me rise in side hustle and think about something of my own. TCS also helped me do a lot great certifications and trainings for free. I can't thank TCS enough.
