Trending @Capgemini; I am from testing field looking for Onsite opportunity in CG. Total exp is 4 years. Does anybody has any idea how to work Onsite ? Any policy as such?

Based on my experience in CG, in my team for one project I was working very good and got the client appreciation but later I got average rating and nothing else whereas one lady she was very close to manger and bootlicker as well she got 2 rating and onsite opportunity. If you are an introvert and you only focus on your work no matter how excellent you are in your work you will get nothing but in case you are close to your manger and bootlicker you will get good rating and onsite opportunity as you will be favorite of your manger.

Your senior Manager has rights to nominate you in January .

I was not interested but my SM nominated me as i was handing whole offshore technical QA activities.
