I am Mentally Harrased From Last 2Years , My Skill set are different from Azure Cloud & I am a non coder , But I got task Related to Development from last 2year, Forced to Learn & Forced to Work , I had to beg every team member to complete my task by helping me.
almost same scenario for me. I am working for a client which has multiple vendors. the other company's offshore guys help me more than my tcs teammates. even the onshore folks from the other company are well behaved.
